                                                     $165 with aged pension or health care card

Follow up appointments               $100

                                                      $80 with aged pension or health care card

Surgical fees - planned and elective surgery

Mark does not charge a gap fee for planned surgery (with the exception of hip arthroscopies) including those booked through clinic appointments.
