Over the past 6 months, Mark has been invited as a guest speaker at a number of international meetings
In November 2023 he was one of the international guest speakers at the Singapore Orthopaedic Association Annual Scientific meeting where he spoke to an audience of 300 medics on topics such as femoral fractures, modern techniques for hip replacements and fractures around the pelvis.
In February 2024 he was in Dubai for a 3 day international trauma meeting. He gave talks on pelvic fractures, tibial fractures and partial knee replacements.
In April 2024 he was a faculty member at the 10th European Pelvic course in Amsterdam. This is the worlds largest cadaveric pelvic fracture course with over 70 delegates from all over Europe. Mark has now taught on all but one of the previous courses.
In May 2024, he was in Hong Kong speaking at the 3rd International Conference on Fragility Fractures - a convention discussing the modern management of fractures related to osteoporosis or poor bone. Mark talked about management of pelvic fractures.
